Arrangements have been made for a block of rooms at the Williamsburg Lodge and Woodland Suites at a special group rate. Reservations with either of these hotels should be made directly with the hotel of your choice using the Group Rate Reservation number. Each reservation must be accompanied by a deposit equal to the first night’s lodging per room and must be received by the hotel no later than Friday, January 23, 2009 in order to secure reservations. If our room block is sold out prior to that date, the special room rate may no longer apply.
