All exhibitors must complete the registration process [download here] . Exhibit time and space is limited. First preference is given to diocesan committees and commissions. Exhibitors may set up exhibits starting at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, February 14. Because of the Consecration Reception Friday night, exhibit space is not available on Friday. Space is available to store exhibit materials on Friday to be set up on Saturday morning.
Exhibits must be dismantled by 1 p.m., Sunday, February 15. Exhibitors assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Lodge premises and will indemnify and hold harmless the Lodge, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
